ALL DOGS MUST HAVE UPDATED SHOT RECORDS BEFORE BOOKING APPOINTMENTS.

ALL FIRST TIME CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A VALID RABIES CERTIFICATE

Cancellation Policy/Late Fees/Other Charges

Reminder emails are sent 24 hours prior to your actual appointment. It's imperative to confirm your appointment by 8am the day of your appointment. You can confirm by replying to the reminder email or by calling us and leaving a voice message. 

 

Not confirming by 8am the day of the appointment, and No call/no show will result in appointments being canceled and loss of deposit (if booked online), or a $50 charge to your account if your appointment was not booked online. Fee must be paid in full prior to next grooming appointment.

All appointments should be cancelled/rescheduled BEFORE or by 8am, the same day of your scheduled appointment to avoid penalties/fees. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment after 8am on the day of your scheduled appointment, you will lose your $50 deposit (for appointments booked online). If your appointment was not booked online, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Fee must be paid in full prior to next grooming appointment.

More than 15 minutes late for an appointment will result in a $15 late fee.

​

Appointments more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled; which will result in the loss of your deposit, or a $50 cancellation fee applied to your account.

​

A $25 holding fee will be applied for late pick-ups, over 60 minutes after you have been contacted that your dog is ready. $1 PER MINUTE there after

$30 Assistance fee for dogs that exhibit behavioral issues during grooming

​

ALL ABANDONED DOGS WILL BE TURNED OVER TO THE ANIMAL WLFARE LEAGUE

BATH DASH

(Includes a bath, conditioner, and ear cleaning)
 

BASIC DASH
(Includes bath, conditioner, nail clipping, ear cleaning, trimming/shaping of the face,


FULL DASH

(Includes bath, conditioner, teeth brushing , nail grinding, ear cleaning, full body groom) *Includes a deshedding treatment  for short haired dogs

Extras

Any upgrades will be added in person during the appointment. (shampoo upgrades, color, etc...)

Keep in mind, we DO NOT color new clients on first time visits
